Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the furniture or decor remains protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
